General Business Sales Representative

Candidates to this position would be responsible for maintaining and increasing recurring revenue from business customer base and securing new business revenue by pro-actively communicating with the customer through in person visits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Including but not limited to the following:

• Builds and maintains business customer relationships, primarily through external activities, to ensure growth and efficient service of Business Sales department.
• Identifies and qualifies business opportunities.
• Presents suite of products and services offered to potential and existing business customers, leads negotiations, coordinates decision-making process, and overcomes objections to closure. Penetrates the existing general account base and focuses on securing long-term contracts and growing the ARPU (average revenue per user) of each customer.
• Focuses on customer touches (phone calls, e-mails, faxes and in person visits) to offer the full suite of Hargray products to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction with products and service.
• Works toward and achieve monthly sales quota and quarterly CHURN requirements.
• Researches, analyzes, resolves, refers, and follows up on customer needs regarding services, credits, and billing in an expedient and professional manner.
• Demonstrates a practical and efficient working knowledge of all of the products and services sold by the Business Sales Department.
• Begins and completes job-implementation packages, including training and assistance as required on the use of products and services sold to internal and external customers.
• Coordinates service order activity associated with all job-implementation packages and other related details associated with implementation and service for all products marketed by the Business Sales Department.
• Communicates with other departments as needed to facilitate a smooth service installation of products sold.
• Makes follow-up calls to ascertain customer satisfaction, answer questions or concerns, and obtain referrals and sales leads.
• Communicates independently, effectively, clearly, and professionally with customers, employees, supervisors and managers to establish and maintain considerate and cooperative relationships. Handles customer requests and communications by phone, e-mail, fax, mail and in person visits.
• Keeps abreast of current industry trends and practices as they relate to customer service and makes appropriate recommendations to the Sales Manager.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 years sales experience.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
- Ability to enter orders into billing system.
- Drivers license with history of safe driving record.
- Business sales experience.

Director, Residential Sales and Call Center

Candidates to this position will be responsible for directing all facets of residential sales and functions in retail stores and call center.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and implements procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the call center and retail stores.
• Monitors programs and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
• Sets and meets performance standards to meet customer service and sales goals of company. Trains and coaches call center and retail store employees to achieve high performance. Measures employee performance against goals and makes all appropriate employment decisions.
• Structures and conducts training agenda for call center and retail store employees.
• Provides coherent, factual feedback to company management regarding service levels, customer concerns, and employee performance.
• Assists call center and retail store management and employees with customer situations that require special handling. Responds to customer inquiries and problems solving in a professional and effective manner. Acts as a resource in resolving customer issues brought to the department through knowledge of company products, services, and policies and strong skills in negotiating.
• Creates strategies to ensure employee engagement and optimize employee performance.
• Develops and implements strategies to improve company performance in sales, save and service opportunities.
• Communicates company and departmental performance, policy, and all other information to direct reports, employees, and management.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10 years experience of increasing responsibility in call center, sales and customer service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Capable of designing and implementing employee training and development.
• High level problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient use of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
